G’day, fellow toy lovers, 3D printing enthusiasts, and anyone who’s ever stepped on a rogue LEGO in the middle of the night. (We see you, parents. We feel your pain.) We’ve got some exciting news to share about what’s happening behind the scenes here at Dad Man Trading.
As you know, we pride ourselves on printing some of the most awesome, fun, and downright adorable 3D-printed toys and collectibles you can find online. We’re always on the lookout for new designs to keep our range fresh, fun, and, most importantly, varied. Because let’s be honest—nobody wants to see the same animal rehashed month after month. It’s like watching reruns of Home and Away—fine in small doses, but eventually, you’re craving something new!
A Pattern Emerges… And Not the Good Kind
Lately, we’ve noticed a bit of a trend among our go-to design suppliers. They’ve been serving up a steady stream of the same type of critter, month in and month out. Now, we love a cute, chunky animal as much as the next person, but when your design library starts to look like an overstocked petting zoo with too many of the same species, it’s time for a change.
So, we’re shaking things up. Over the next month, we’ll be reviewing our list of design suppliers and testing out some fresh talent. We’re on a mission to find new and exciting models that bring variety and uniqueness to our store. This means we’ll be waving goodbye to a couple of our current suppliers (no hard feelings, of course—breakups can be mutual and respectful).
What This Means for You
- More Variety! – We’re hunting for designs that bring something different to the table. Expect to see a wider range of creatures, characters, and possibly even some unexpected additions to our store.
- More Fun! – A diverse collection means more choices for you and more opportunities for us to print something quirky and cool. If you’ve ever wished for a super niche, oddly specific figurine, now might be your chance!
- A Bit of an Adventure! – We don’t know exactly where this journey will take us, but we’re excited to explore. Think of it like an Aussie road trip—sometimes you don’t know what weird and wonderful things you’ll find, but that’s half the fun.
