Handling Time: Dad Man Trading strive to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. Please note we don’t operate on Sunday’s and this handling time may be slightly longer during peak periods or public holidays.

Shipping Method: We primarily use Australia Post for shipping unless otherwise stated. Australia Post offers reliable and trackable delivery services.

Shipping Days: Our shipping days are Monday – Friday. Orders placed on or over the weekend will be shipped the next business days. Orders placed during the business week will be endeavoured to be shipped the next business day.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. While we aim to offer competitive shipping rates based on the size, weight and destination of the package this is automated by Australia Post and we have no control.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product you received, you may return it to us in accordance with our returns policy.

Defective or Faulty Products: If the product is defective, faulty, or not as described, we apologise for the inconvenience caused. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
